We l-o-v-e-d the vibe that Kate + Dustin had goin’ on for their wedding day. From the very start, we knew Kate + Dustin’s wedding would be unique and inclusive of all the right elements to personalize it to who they are (may we add— we totally dig who they are). Kate + Dustin showed up first thing in the afternoon to start erecting their tipi so they could exchange vows underneath it later that evening. This tipi held a lot of sentimental value to these two as well— Kate was actually living in it when Kate + Dustin first met. Seriously, how cute is that?
Family and friends came from around the country to join in their celebration and not a detail was missed— from the stunning flower arrangements to the sweetest little camper setup to the eclectic variety of beautiful lounge furniture nestled into cozy riverside spots for guests to enjoy. One of our favorite elements from the day had to be their DIY flower crown bar. It was open to their guests to create their own personal flower crowns and boutonnieres. Throw in some acoustic music and good cocktails, a delicious farm-to-table meal provided by the fab GB Culinary and a silent disco party to end the night and, well, we can say it doesn’t get much better than that.
Beyond the details and the party, these two were one of the most sweet, soft-spoken, and beautiful couples we’ve had the pleasure to work with. They really brought their every day life into their wedding day in full force. Their love of the outdoors and homegrown elements showed through in every detail. Kate + Dustin, we adore you! Serious gratitude for allowing us to play a part in such an incredible day! Cheers to many more years of happiness ahead!
